and still useful … ty 🙂
When you realize "effects tool" is actually "fx" out of the frame, as is "stroke". Wonderful.
Thank you!
why this is much difficult with photoshop. thanks for the info
Thanks! I had to go through three different tutorials to finally find one that made sense and worked (for me). 🙂
Thank you so much ! Sometimes Photoshop isn't very intuitive 🙂
thx for tut <3
I have watched many videos on how to make this and none of them worked on CS2, but this one does. Thanks
thanks buddy!
Thank you. It's so simple when you know how.
How disappointing. You do a fab job walking us through making a transparent circle and then the paramount aspect of how to save it. What to save it as. How to send over to software like PowerDirector. Obviously, there's a reason to make a transparent circle, but saving and exporting is the key facet. f.
thanks mate.
yeah thanks
Just what I was looking for!! Thanks!!
So this is basically the same thing as drawing a circle with the elliptical marquee and applying a stroke except your way involves more steps because you used the ellipse tool instead.
If you're using a transparent background its not going to matter what the dimensions of the background is, as it should be transparent.
heeey !! how should i get a complete circle image ( not a rectangle background) thats an issue for me : thnks
🙂
I appreciate you stopping by and commenting.
thank you 😀
The easiest answer is find some basic tutorials and work your way up. I started out with books, then DVD's. Now you can google search or use YouTube, but the most effective way for me was DVD instructions. Photoshop has a huge learning curve. Its going to take time, patience and practice.
oh fuck now im stuck as hell, I have about 10 layers and a bunch of white squares hiding parts of pictures so they are only shown in some places, like a radio wave only shows up in one part of the wire but its actually a long image going forward and being hiden by squares. So now I have one too many squares and cant set it up corectly without one layer going over another messing things up, how do I make a picture show up in only one place simpler?
True dat. IT good you didnt go apeshit over my half angry first post. Ye be a good man.
Photoshop has a sizeable learning curve. When I started out I bought books, which still was a bit hard to follow. Then over time people started posting Tutorials, which was a help, but these were people similar to my video where we assume most people know the basics. Its challenging so don't feel to discouraged, we all had to go through the learning process.
The adobe tools are slightly different from the rest things in windows, i mean they have their own style and beginners can easily miss small arrows next to items and stuff.
I can understand your frustration and its easy for people to skips steps, its one thing I try not to do. I've found that searching for a particular menu item is alittle easier to achieve through a search than going through a myriad of tutorials.
Glad you enjoyed it.
